![]() Upon our arrival we were told we were being upgraded. We reserved an overnight stay at Harrah's passing through on a trip. I didn't because they were obviously short staffed since they couldn't answer phone calls properly, the front desk was busy and needed help, the restaurant was busy and needed help. When checking out I told the person about the tub and the situation at the restaurant and her response was I should have let a manager know last night. Went back upstairs and used the hot tub in the room and an a dark oily substance came out of the jets. One of the employees was complaining that customers were still coming in. The service was very slow but they were doing the best they could. They were extremely busy and only had two people working. We went down to the Mix and Mingle restaurant there at Harrah's. It was late when we arrived and we needed to get a bite to eat. The upgrade was very nice and appreciated. ![]() The first call we were on hold so long we hung up and called back. The only reason we could figure is because we had been put on hold twice for an extended period of time when calling in to let them know we were running late. ![]()
